It provides job-training classes and associate degree programs. 

Urban College is a two-year college and job-training school located in downtown Boston.  The school offers associate and certificate programs in early childhood education, human services administrations, nutrition and food safety and general studies as a stepping stone to further education.

Students can take classes at their own pace during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. If students enroll full-time, a certificate can be completed in one academic year and an associate degree in two years. There are flexible evening classes that allow students with full-time jobs to attend.  

The school has transfer agreements with other colleges in Boston, allowing graduates to move on to four-year bachelor programs.

The School is located in downtown Boston steps away from the Boston Common. This provides easy access to public transportation and an abundance of entertainment and cultural offerings.
