The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (also known as the Museum School or SMFA) is an undergraduate and graduate college located in Boston, dedicated to the visual arts. It is affiliated with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in partnership with Tufts University and Northeastern University.

The school grants Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Fine Arts, Master of Arts in Teaching and certificates for students with non-art degrees as well as studio diploma certificate programs for non-degree students focusing on studio art.

The mission of the school is to provide an education in fine arts that is interdisciplinary and self-directed. This education values cultural, artistic and intellectual diversity; it embraces a wide range of media; it stresses the development of individual vision and its relation to culture in general; it values equally the knowledge gained by thinking and doing;

The school is located next to the MFA in the Fenway area of Boston. It is surrounded by an abundance of cultural offerings and is within walking distance of many local recreational and entertainment choices. The Green Line light rail connects the college with the city of Boston.
