It provides job-training classes and associate degree programs. 

Urban College is a two-year college and job-training school located in downtown Boston. The school offers associate and certificate programs in early childhood education, human services administration, nutrition and food safety, and general studies as a stepping stone to further education.

Students can take classes at their own pace during the fall, spring, and summer semesters. If students enroll full-time, a certificate can be completed in one academic year and an associate degree in two years. There are flexible evening classes that allow students with full-time jobs to attend. 

The school has transfer agreements with other colleges in Boston, allowing graduates to move on to four-year bachelor programs.

The school is located in downtown Boston, steps away from Boston Common. This provides easy access to public transportation and an abundance of entertainment and cultural offerings.
