The college, located in Brookline, MA, consists of two separate schools: the Hellenic College and the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. The former is a liberal arts college, and the latter is a seminary.

The Hellenic College is an undergraduate liberal arts college where the ideals of a liberal arts education and the spiritual life of an Orthodox Christian community are combined. The college has a broad choice of programs such as religious studies, classic and Greek studies, elementary education, management and leadership, human development, and literature and history. It grants bachelor's degrees in liberal arts and professional studies.

The second school, Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, is an Orthodox Christian seminary and graduate school of theology. It offers graduate programs leading to degrees in Master of Divinity, Master of Theological Studies, and Master of Theology.

The college is located on a 59-acre campus in Brookline, Massachusetts, just outside Boston. A former grand estate allows students to experience the serenity and peace that allow teaching and learning to occur without distraction. Public transportation to Boston is a short walk away.
