Emmanuel College, founded by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur in 1919, is a coed, residential, Catholic liberal arts college located in Boston, MA. The college grants bachelor's, master's and post-graduate certificate degrees.

At the undergraduate level, the school offers over 40 majors, minors, and concentrations in the liberal arts and sciences. At the graduate level, the college offers professional and graduate degrees and certificates in bio-pharmaceutical leadership, education, human resources, management, nursing and research administration.

Academics at Emmanuel are grounded in the integration of rigorous classroom studies with experiential learning opportunities, including cooperative education, student research, service learning and global experience.  By offering a variety of career-oriented programs through the liberal arts disciplines, the college prepares students for professional fields and develops the skills and knowledge that can be applied to diverse and changing circumstances. Internships are an important part of the student experience and more than 80% of the students take advantage of it.

Featuring 14 laboratories for biology, chemistry, physics, biochemistry, neuroscience and faculty research, as well as meeting spaces, common areas and multipurpose classrooms for all disciplines, the Maureen Murphy Wilkens Science Center fosters the type of interactive learning and community building that is the hallmark of the Emmanuel College educational experience.

The school's beautiful 17-acre campus is embedded in the center of Boston, right next to a world-class medical center, two major art museums and Fenway Park.
